Our cheer squad is currently holding a fundraiser to help raise money for team necessities, equipment, supplies, team building opportunities, and other expenses that come with maintaining a successful cheer program. Our goal is not only to provide for the needs of our current athletes, but also to continue building a strong program that will benefit future generations of Lorain High cheerleaders. If you are willing and able to donate, any amount would be greatly appreciated! Even if you are unable to contribute financially, sharing our fundraiser with family and friends would mean just as much to our team. Thank you for supporting our student athletes!

This year’s Jim Popiel Foundation Event is scheduled for Sunday, October 25, 2026 at the Italian American Veterans Club in Lorain in conjunction with the BROWNS vs. TITANS game. Doors open at 12:00 with lunch served from 12:30-1:00, and Kickoff at 1:00. Tickets are $30 each and include food, raffles and soda (Cash Bar). For this event to be a success, we need your help! Please consider sponsoring or donating in support of the Jim Popiel Foundation. Sponsorships and/or donations will be accepted through October 16, 2026. Scholarships are awarded annually in the Spring. Please review the attached form for information on sponsorships. We will acknowledge your partnership via social media, our website and during our announcement process. You can, of course, remain anonymous. Your donation is tax deductible.
